The time to say goodbye to the bottle

Most pediatricians recommendaround the year for the child to leave the bottle or at the latest arrivals to18 months. As our little child learns to drink the cup, you no longer need abottle.

Unfortunately the final weaningis not always easy as often seems. To make things easier, it is best to startby removing the bottle in the afternoon and later in the evening and the morning, leaving at night to go, since it is the more costs to drop the baby.

If the child can not sleep orwake up suddenly at night, it's easy to get into the habit of using food orbottle for comfort. But at this age children do not need or eat or drinkanything at night. If you still feed your baby at night should no longer do,even if the child cries and looks thirsty to drink, night shots are a form ofcomfort and not to meet their nutritional needs.

It is easy for the bottle becomesa double-edged sword , but we try to make the child sleep alone, and cries alittle before falling asleep leaving until he falls asleep. After a few nightforget the bottle completely.

On the other hand there isnothing wrong with giving the child something to drink before they actually liesurely help you sleep, but to go removing the bottle should be implemented atthe time the use of glass.

Whatever you give the childbefore bedtime should always remember to wash his teeth, but the food andliquid remain in the mouth of your child all night, creating an ideal breedingground for decay. If your child needs some comfort before falling asleepproperly leave your side or let Teddy suck her thumb but do not run to preparethe bottle.
