Irritation from diaper on the baby

The rash from the diaper does notalways look the same. But if the diaper area of your baby is irritated and red, apparently that's what you have. Also your skin can be a bit swollen and hotwhen you touch.

This rash can be very moderate,as some red spots on a small area, or wide, with fine red spots that reach thestomach and legs of the child. But do not panic because handle this is part ofbaby care and always will happen in the first year of the baby.
A diaper rash can be caused byanything from the food you are eating up his own urine..

Here are some of the biggest culprits:

- Moisture: Even the most absorbent diaper leaves some moisture onyour baby's delicate skin. And when the urine of the baby is mixed withbacteria in their faces, produces ammonia which can be very strong for theskin. Although a baby with a diaper for a longer time is more likely to developrash, any baby with sensitive skin may be affected, even if their parentschange the diaper to hours.

- Sensitivity to chemicals: Your baby's rash may be due to the diaperrubbing your skin, especially if it is particularly sensitive to chemicals andfragrances in a disposable diaper or the detergents used in a fabric. It mayalso be some lotion or powder you're using a diaper that is good for the skinof your child.

- New food: It is common for babies have a rash when they start solidfoods or new food. Any new food changes the composition of the feces and canincrease your child's bowel movements too. If you're breastfeeding, your baby'sskin can even be reacting to something you ate.
